Responsibilities
- Responsible and Accountable for workshop daily operations
- Building strong operational process in the workshop
- Ensuring the inflow and outflow of vehicles and spare management
- Handling client escalation
- Report generation to the central team
- Sourcing and hiring mechanics in the specific region
- Ensuring companies values & culture is percolated
- Must have the ability to run the workshop efficiently.
- It includes customer handling & boosting revenue.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any diploma/degree qualification in Automobile
- Work experience in service background
- Continuous learning for company’s expansion growth
- Flexible to adapt to company’s culture
- Have excellent knowledge on 2 wheeler
