Warehouse Executives Job Description and Responsibilities
Warehouse Executives are responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehoused goods.
Processing orders
Operating mechanical and IT systems
Liaising with transport companies, suppliers and clients
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Administering stock control
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Implementing and overseeing security operations.
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Ensuring the safety of staff.
Motivating and disciplining staff.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of Goods.
Assisting with deliveries where required
