Position: Training Officer
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Training needs identification and design training calendar
• Preparation of training materials
• Induction and training of new joiners: Induction, technical & refresher trainings
• Design and implementation of training modules: Video SOPs, learning modules, refresher
training, assessment exams
• Time to time updation of SOPs and modules as per requirements.
• Training Assessment: In- training & post- training assessments, performance analysis and
productivity management
• Creation of learning journeys and training matrix based on assessment to career progression
• LMS related vendor management
Eligibility:
• Excellent communication skills- Proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good team building skills
• Certifications in training competence is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 7- 10 years of experience in food industry/Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)/ Cloud
