We are looking for a Trade Compliance and Operations professional with expertise in Import and Exports, Logistics, Corp-shipping and receiving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support Regional Trade Compliance & Operations team in implementing the Global Trade Compliance standards, procedures, and processes in India.
• Analyze local country tariff classifications, export control classification and country of origin determination.
• Ensure that post or pre-entry check process for imports and exports are accurate.
• Interact & follow up with Customs broker for Import Custom Clearance.
• Interact and follow up with buyers, Nvidia vendors and logistics vendors for routing Import shipments.
• Record keeping of Import and export documentation.
• Update Import/ Export transactions in Global trade compliance -India System & SAP
• Generate E-waybill, E-Invoice for Import/Export, and domestic transactions
• Liaison with internal teams to fulfil the compliance, logistics & shipping support activities
• Liaison with external vendors like Customs Broker, Logistics Providers, Bankers etc.,
• Prepare statutory returns for periodic filing to statutory authorities.
• Provide MIS report regarding Import and Exports, Logistics, Corp-shipping and receiving for management review and Internal & external audits.
• Review, Process and match logistics vendor bills / Invoices with the contracted rates for payment and follow up with Nv Finance for payment release.

What we need to see:

• A graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in Trade compliance & operations, handling logistics, shipping, and statutory documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Corp-shipping & receiving activities
• Person with exposure to ERP system (SAP) preferred.
• Experience in working with the office tools like MS office & MS outlook.
• Confident & should have good interpersonal skills.
