Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to farmers to discuss repayment schedules, loan instalments, and payment reminders
- Coordinate with field officers to arrange group meetings with farmers & other field activities
- Maintain a database of farmers, update their contact details, and keep track of their interactions.
- Make calls to farmers to promote and sell Upaz service of agri-inputs on credit directly right at the village level
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a tele caller
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with farmers
- Well-versed in the Hindi language
- Knowledge of local crops is a plus
- Any Graduation or B.Sc (Agriculture) would be preferred first
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
