Real Estate Organization In Nagpur is hiring for Inbound & Outbound Process.
Job Requirements
1) Make outgoing calls on the Data provided by the company
2) Pitch Residential Flats and Shop as products using script provided by the company & convince the customers to make a site visit.
3) Update the status of Customers on google sheets
4) Develop rapport with the customers & get references for other prospects from them.
5) Ensure Site visit to be taken by the client
Skills Required: –
1) Customer Centric
2) Smart tele-sales technique
3) Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
4) Good at voice modulation
5) Able to do multi-tasking
6) Excellent Communication Skills and hands on experience on Excel
