Job Description
- Providing buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements and arranging visits to view the properties.
- Overseeing the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
Communicating with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property. - Overseeing the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
- Working on sales scripts with agents.
- Tracking, collating and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
- Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.
- Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning.
