Job Description

  • Providing buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements and arranging visits to view the properties.
  • Overseeing the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
    Communicating with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Overseeing the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
  • Working on sales scripts with agents.
  • Tracking, collating and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
  • Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
  • Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.
  • Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning.
