Job Description
  1. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  2.  Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  3. Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
  4. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
  5. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  6. Maintain Adequate Datatbase.
Job Requirements
  1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  5. Excellent knowledge of English
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
