Job Description

As a Tele caller at The Real Estate, you will be an essential part of our customer engagement process. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, providing them with information about our real estate services and establishing initial contact. Your role is crucial in nurturing leads and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to The Real Estate
  • Identify and qualify potential leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their real estate needs.
  • Provide information about our property listings, services, and promotions to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our real estate consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets to contribute to the team’s overall performance.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of real estate market trends and our services to effectively answer client inquiries.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and communication.

Job Requirements

  1. Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
    • Proven experience in a telemarketing or telecalling role is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite, persuasive telephone manner.
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Basic knowledge of real estate and property-related terms is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
    • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Looking for Female Tele Callers. They are the individuals who initiate telephonic contact with prospective or existing clients to generate leads or sales. They must be proficient in language displaying excellent verbal communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Taking phone calls and describing the characteristics as well as the benefits of the company’s products/services.
  • Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers.
  • Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up.
  • Addressing queries about their company or the things they sell.
  • Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information.
  • Inquiring with the consumer and comprehending their specifications.
  • Securing new clients via inbound calls, outbound calls, or email.
  • Recognizing consumer wants and responding to product or service-related inquiries.
  • Performing after-sales follow-up.
  • Investigating customer input and assessing customer happiness.
  • Prospecting prior customers for potential sales.
  • Working with different departments inside the company to close additional deals.
  • Getting in touch with prospective clients using their preferred mode of communication.
  • Following the tele calling script to deliver the right pitch While speaking with a prospect.
  • Communicating Verbal acceptance of offers to sales staff for closing deals.
  • Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to define progress and performance criteria.
  • Maintaining operations by adhering to policies, methodologies, and functional changes.

Skills and Qualification

  • Graduate/ Under Graduate
  • Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as Tele Caller
  • Knowledge of Computer
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Up to date with advancement in office gadgets and applications
  • Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
  • Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
