3. Explain to them the new features of our product and software, a comparison of costs, etc.

He must possess effective listening skills & must be able to understand and analyze clients’ requirements & deliver the best possible solutions & products set to close the deal.

Overall, the technical sales executive plays a critical role in the success of the software company by promoting and selling its products to potential customers. This requires a unique blend of technical expertise, sales skills, and relationship-building abilities.
