Experience Level : 1-3 Years
TD’s principal responsibility is to take ownership of the designated territory and make sure all active sites of our customers are visited regularly for requirement gathering and generation. Find new sites and get them registered on the CRM. Develop and nurture relationships with End Clients, PMC, Safety officers, project managers at such sites while Conducting Demonstrations and generating leads and requirements of contractors.
Support the Business Unit Manager of the zone with detailed research on projects, competitor analysis, site exploration, upselling of new products and upcoming projects in the designated territory.

∙ Initiate contact with key stakeholders like Project Managers, Safety Managers etc. ∙ Presentation/Demonstration of product range with clear benefit analysis
∙ Identifying new applications and where can we pitch our products
∙ Action oriented meetings and commitment at the close of meeting.
∙ Qualifying the needs and coordinating with AA (in the back-office) for quotes and winning the lead.
∙ Extensive travelling to construction sites on a daily basis.
