Job description Roles and Responsibilities

1. Experience in retail must be preferred.
2. Coordinate with reporting manager to identify staffing needs 3. Determine selection criteria 4. Familiar with social media networks, resumes database and professional hiring/ recruitment platforms also able to source potential candidates through using these channels. 5. Maintain database of past applicants and potential candidates 6. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews 7. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System 8. Design job descriptions and interview questions as per each positions requirements 9. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events 10. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by each department 11. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods 12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 13. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
