IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:
Fresh Graduate preferably 20/21 pass out, trained in Hardware willing to sign 2 years bond and available to join immediately with sound knowledge of Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting, Installations, Preventive Maintenance, Windows/Microsoft Products support possess good oral and written communication skills

- Maintain detailed and up-to-date licenses and hardware/software inventory
- Laptop/desktop Deployments and Break/Fix (Windows)
- Printer Deployments and Break/Fix
- Hardware/Software installs and upgrades
- Patch Management
- User Support and Training
- Manage IT Department documentation
- Perform Preventive Maintenance
- LAN Support
- DNS support
- Active Directory support
- Wireless devices deployment and support
- Windows / Microsoft Application Support
- Desktop Security
- Antivirus Management and Support
NOTE: a performance based salary hike up to Rs. 30,000/- after completion of probation period i.e. 6 months from DOJ.
