Responsibilities for Service/Call Coordinator

  • Scheduling call for clients, answering phones and tracking clients’ service records.
  • Monitoring the services being provided and staying up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued.
  • Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources.
  • Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs.
  • Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems.
  • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
  • Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base.
  • Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services.
  • Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office.
  • Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas that need improvements.
  • Following up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Responding to complaints and resolving issues or matching clients with better services.

  • Organizing reports & contracts files for easy access.
  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
