Responsibilities

Job Description

• Support recruiters with volume hiring projects in India;
• Communicate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify business needs and to provide talent solution on candidate sourcing;
• Search candidates through multiple channels and proactively conduct phone calls to build connections with candidates;
• Timely arrange candidate interviews and give feedback to recruiter and hiring managers;
• Follow the interview process and share feedback to candidates;
• Support with talent mapping, market information collection, and HR projects;
• Maintain HR Recruiting system and timely create or update candidate information.

Qualifications

• Around 2-8 years working experience in recruiting function and has strong direct sourcing skills;
• Has good understanding of IT industry;
• Fluent English speaking skill;
• Has strong learning ability, interpersonal skill and team work skill;
• Strong collaboration skill within an cross-region team;
• Passionate with recruiting job, energetic, willing to learn.
