Job Description
This role primarily focuses on building best-in-class solutions for Fortune 500 clients (US Market) using primary, secondary, social & digital as the key platforms.
An ideal candidate must have exposure working across industries/verticals with a proven experience in providing cutting edge solutions that has generated visible growth to the vertical/company
- Candidate will play a pivotal role in providing enhanced and customized solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Must have an unique eye for visualizing data from multiple sources (Social, digital, secondary & primary platforms) and generate data-driven hypotheses to conduct trials (POCs, POV etc.) to create overall engagement strategy.
- Should have worked with all forms of Data Social, Primary and Digital across industries
- Should have played a crucial role in story boarding or client pitching.
- He/she would be responsible for providing solutioning road-maps to the delivery teams and the success of the solution will be considered as one of the KPI for the individual.
- Stay well informed about the latest industry advancements (what is happening within the social & digital space) and think about how to capitalize on these latest trends/moments. Define and monitor KPIs, produce and communicate insights, and make relevant course corrections to drive core business solution metrices
- Experience in data processing techniques, analytical frameworks and data visualization tools
- Establish a strong understanding of interests/behaviors of key customer groups/segments (Millennials / Gen-Z/ Gen-Yetc.) to build a foundation of user insights to produce actionable recommendations for better engagement for various clients.
- Experience in analyzing the data from some of the pivotal tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwaker, marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Omniture platforms and others.
- Must have a strong analytical background and data driven mindset, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and execute the findings from internal research.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, pre-sales and other stakeholders to review and refine user stories
- Strong results orientation, proven record performing against aggressive growth targets
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience working with enterprise level heterogeneous data environment
- Good eye for data-driven visual storyboarding
- Self-driven, agile and ability to work on multiple engagement simultaneously
- Excellent orator and business writer
- Valid US Business visa will add value
