Job Description

• Responsible for all safety aspects at the site, including Safety Walks in the field.
• Responsible for all QC activity on site, performing QC Assessments of work by Technicians.
• Responsible for data collection, work order processing, and summary reports.
• Responsible for providing general supervision & development of all employees at the site.
• Use technical knowledge and experience to optimize site performance.
• Determine daily schedules and assignments for work activities, including execution.
• Manage on site technicians, including contractors.
• Monitor employees’ work levels and review work performance.
• Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of findings.
• Determine and manage maintenance schedules.
• Communicate daily activities to employer through daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner.
• Provides guidance, training and direction to subordinates, including setting site and individual goals, and performance standards.
• Create and complete Service Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Engineer should have vehicle and should be willing to travel.
