Job Description

1. Senior Telecaller

Min exp : 2 yrs

No of positions : 25

Qualification : graduation

Responsibility :

Review loan requests
Assess clients’ financial status
Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests
Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)
Set up payment plans
Maintain updated records of loan applications
Follow up with clients about loan renewals
Monitor progress of existing loans

2. Team leader

Min exp : 5 yrs

No of positions : 5 ( one for every 5 telecallers)

Qualification : Graduation

Responsibility :

Team leaders are responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.
Should have strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills.
Complete responsibility of the team performance

3. Sales Executive

Min exp : 1 yrs

No of positions : 10

Qualification : Graduation

Responsibility : Sales
