A telecaller is a key member of the sales or customer service team who uses phone communication to reach out to prospective clients or maintain relationships with existing customers. Their goal is to influence and persuade individuals or businesses to purchase products or services, make inquiries, or take desired actions.

Job Requirements

  • Outbound Calling: Initiating outbound calls to a list of potential customers or leads provided by the company. These calls may be for various purposes, such as sales pitches, product demonstrations, surveys, or appointment scheduling.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers..
  • Compliance: Adhering to all relevant regulations, including telemarketing laws and data protection laws, to ensure ethical and legal practices.
  • Customer Feedback: Gathering and relaying customer feedback and market insights to the sales or marketing team for continuous improvement.
