Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers in the assigned region, Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth at assigned or new accounts in order to achieve/exceed agreed sales targets.
2. Track and proactively connect with potential leads thru Salesforce – analyse, qualify and reassign the same to External Sales as appropriate Liaise with technical delivery teams to ensure their involvement in defining resource capacity/capability and providing proposal/bid preparation support.
3. Following up on leads
4. Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
5. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
6. Staying informed about competing products and services.
7. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
8. Support External Sales
9. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure quality leads
3.10. Ensure all commercial contracts for Transaction Sales are quoted efficiently and calculated with the required level of profitability.
4.11. Ensure bidding/tendering activity is run professionally and accurately.
5.12. Develop a good understanding of our clients’ business to create a clear value proposition for customers. And implement appropriate account management strategies for designated clients, to proactively create cross-selling of our full range of Energy services with viable solutions, to meet clients’ needs.
6.13. Gain and improve an understanding of the clients’ end use markets, their important customers, and their main competitors and share this understanding with the wider sales and customer service team.
7.14. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customer services and technical delivery teams to ensure effective quoting and successful delivery of services to your clients.
8.15. Follow up leads received from technical delivery/customer service teams and work with clients and relevant internal stakeholders to define scope of works, support in preparing bids and see them through to execution.
9.16. Collect feedback from clients and work with internal teams to resolve client concerns; identify trends and make recommendations for implementing solutions.
