Diagnostic Laboratory Sales Representative

DIVOC Health a leading INDO-UK lab approved by NABL and ICMR is looking to expand its sales team! DIVOC Health is a NABL/ICMR accredited laboratory chain that provides quality diagnostic and vaccination service in India. They have three labs in CR Park New Delhi India, Vasant Vihar New Delhi India and Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. They have two operational vaccination centers in Ghaziabad UP and New Delhi India and have license to conduct vaccination camps across India.

DIVOC Health was formed by partners in UK and India with the aim of providing impactful innovations for health. With a focus on health equity, the team aims to deliver quality diagnostic and vaccinations for all citizens of India. The team has pioneered the use of Rapid Response Laboratories in India that deliver CE/FDA/ICMR approved reports to patients within 15 minutes. The company has a significant presence across corporate clientele from the likes of Amazon, Tata Projects, Ola, Uber, Lenskart, Tata 1MG, MakeMyTrip, Zomato, Hinduja Foundation and Piramal Foundation.

The ideal candidate would be data driven, people centered and focus on the following tasks

  • Serving customers by selling diagnostic products and meeting customer needs.
  • Servicing existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by
    planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Orchestrating virtual sales channels, including social media, presentation technology, and webinars.
  • Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

The candidate must have more than 70% in their X th and XII th exams, have a degree in related field such as life sciences and/or marketing. There will be aptitude tests to enable a better understanding of their fit in DIVOC and how DIVOC can create a conducive environment for the client to prosper. Experience in diagnostics is highly welcome. While we are primarily looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience, we are happy to entertain freshers who have good scores in their X th and XII th exams. The candidate must have a vehicle and be comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.
