– Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.

– Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.

– Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines, contract terms, and revenue targets.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal pipeline using our CRM software.

– Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.

– Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team objectives.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

– Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in the fintech industry.

– Strong understanding of financial products/services and the ability to articulate their value to clients.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

– Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

– Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and close complex sales deals.

– Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools to manage and track sales activities.
