  • Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs select products to meet customers’ needs, product specifications, and regulations. Answer customers’ questions about the prices, availability, and uses of the products.
  • Setting up meetings presenting product / service demonstrations with the prospective clients.
  • Negotiating, preparing and submitting contracts, orders and service agreements to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Documenting business proposals and contracts for each client acquisition.
  • Sales reporting and reviewing performance.
  • Working towards achieving the sales target.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as information on selling strategies and marketing information.
  • Reviewing feedback from the clients and implementing necessary changes with the help of internal teams (mostly product and tech teams).
  • Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have.
  • Maintaining long-term meaningful relationships with clients to retain business from them through effective after-sales support.
