Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales initiatives for the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving the overall sales strategy to maximize profitability.


Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including market analysis, target identification, and sales forecasting, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and aligning solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of complex sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline data to identify trends, forecast sales projections, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services and generate new business opportunities.



  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Proficient in using sales software and sales analytic tools to track performance, manage customer relationships, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, demonstrate a customer-centric approach, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
