TASKS & ACTIVITIES | 1. Competitor Research for understanding our product positioning a. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs b. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media c. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data 2. Value Addition to keep clients engaged a. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services b. Share with prospects on salient features of products 3. Tracking Leads from Initiation to Conversion a. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections b. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns c. Reviewing and reporting on quality of leads 4. Coordination with Team Members for Achieving Revenue Targets a. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams b. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results c. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences or online presentations |
