Job Description

  • Communicate with clients to understand their lubricant needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients based on their requirements and negotiate with them to finalize deals.
  • Co-ordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales data in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A graduate or MBA degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of lubricants and their applications.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel for work purposes.
