JOB PROFILE : OUTLET MANAGER

ACCOUNTABILITY:(Branch Level)

1. On time delivery of sale order

1. Stock Out & Reduction in wastage of FG  

1. Customer Experience 
2. Hygiene of an outlet 
3. Cash tally
4. Stock tally
5. Outlet Infrastructure Maintenance 
6. Reduce discount value at company level 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

On time delivery of sale order

1. Receive sale order through sale order process
2. Raise indent based on reorder level, sale order & seasonality

Stock Out & Reduction in wastage of FG 

1. Ensure stock is received based on the indent raised
2. To ensure misuse of FG doesn’t happen 
3. To ensure FG is handled in proper manner 
4. Maintain reorder level of stocks in counter 

Customer Experience 

1. To manage the response resolution mechanism as per pre-defined process 
2. To ensure customers are properly engaged either through sales person or customer care executive 

Hygiene of an outlet 

1. Create & Implement checklist for hygiene maintenance 

Cash tally

1. Ensure every sale is billed 
2. Follow the cash tally process, to tally card payments, UPI & physical cash with software. 
3. Make bank deposits
4. Handle petty cash and make petty cash entries 

Stock Tally

1. Follow stock taking process at the end of every month 
2. Ensure purchase entries are made for transfer of stock from Factory to outlet 
3. Ensure stock transfer entries are made for transfer of stock from HUB to outlets. 

Reduce discount value at branch level 

• Negotiate with customers on discount value

Work Experience: 4-5 years experience in related field

Educational Qualification:  Any Degree, preferably BBA

SKILLS REQUIRED:

On time delivery of sale order

1. Ability to Receive sale orders 

Stock Out & Reduction in wastage of FG 

1. Knowledge on lead time for finished goods
2. Ability to understand the quality of stock to verify the wastage
3. Ability to check the indent process for reorders.

Customer Experience 

1. Able to handle customer in a courteous manner
2. Product Knowledge – Quality, Taste, Price, Availability

Hygiene of an outlet 

1. Flair for neat and clean environment 

Cash Tally

1. Ability to tally cash and cash equivalents with books of accounts.

Stock Tally

1. Ability to make accounting entries in software related to outlet 
2. Ability to process forms related to outlet management 

Reduce discount value at company level 

1. Negotiation skills

People Management Skills 

1. Intra and inter departmental people management skills
   1. Ability to coordinate with HUB
   2. Ability to coordinate with Cashier, customer care executive 
2. Ability to train staff in all the above-mentioned skills (if it is technical in nature, ability to identify a trainer (internal or external) who can train)
