  • The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company & customers.
  • He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
  • Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained.
  • Direct selling to the customers via appointments     ( Office/ Home visits).
  • Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
  • Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved – Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS), Lead Utilization, and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on a regular basis.
  • Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
  • Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
  • Customer Servicing. – Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms, Policies & processes.

 

Requirements

  • Qualification  : Graduate/HSC
  • Candidate should have field sales experience a minimum of 1 year preferably Insurance/NBFC/Banking
  • Insurance sales will be an advantage
  • Age  – 23 to 35years
