Job Description

* To generate leads and use enablers for lead generation.
* To meet 3 new customers everyday
* To provide sales and services and upselling product with existing customers
* To ensure branch staff activation for every quarter
* To train and skill partner for selling and pitching our product
* To ensure 100% of branches with minimum 2 to 3 sp license holdersand support them with the same to drive the business target achievements.

Job Requirements

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
2+ years experience in Life Insurance Sales
Age 25 – 32 years
Min of 2yrs Sales Exp in financial institution, preferably partnership channels
Two-wheeler must
Good Communication in English
Job stability of min.2 years is must


From RM there are 5 levels, Fast track level and regular track for every 6months of goal sheet promotion to move to BM level.
CTC : Up to 3.25 lacs
