Job Description

  • The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company & customers.
  • He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solutions to the customers for all their financial needs.
  • Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained.
  • Direct selling to the customers via appointments     ( Office/ Home visits).
  • Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended to and reverted within the TAT.
  • Ensure Self-Sourcing Targets are achieved – Ensure Business Reporting, MIS on a sales call ( LMS), Lead Utilization, and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification  : Graduate/HSC
  • Candidate should have field sales experience a minimum of 1 year preferably Insurance/NBFC/Banking
  • Insurance sales will be an advantage
  • Age  – 23 to 35years
