Job Role: Non IT – Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter

Responsibilities:
1. End to End Recruitment for Non – IT profiles preferably experienced with E commerce, Retail, Sales & Blue color hiring.
2. Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including Job boards, Head hunt through various Job portals, social media & employee referral
3. Identify the candidates with right skill set to match the client requirements
4. Drive the candidates and help their quires & concerns effectively and create pipeline for the future openings
5. Post job requirements in social medias to increase the talent pipeline
6. Maintain Daily, weekly & monthly Data to Analyze your own performance
7. Have to meet Monthly & Quarterly targets
Required Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Non Technical/ Non IT Recruiter
2. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Social media recruiting & Boolean search)
3. Social media hiring especially from the channels like Naukri, Indeed, Working India, Hirect, LinkedIn, IIMS Jobs etc.,)
4. Creating templates for job posting in multiple platforms
5. Excellent verbal & written communication skills,
