Job Description

Quality In-charge will be handling overall quality team & plays a major role in leading the team with achieving goals of the company. Handling customer with effective interactions during meetings & on clearing the issue occurrences at the earliest with effective use of Quality tools such as 8D. Exposure towards conducting ISO 9001 internal audits & also maintaining documentation regarding the same. Supplier follow-ups to improve on achieving PPM targets set on monthly basis. Work towards continuous improvements with efficient resources available.

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge in Measuring instruments, drawing reading, Sheet metal process knowledge (Laser/Punching/Forming/Welding & so on), PPAP,8D, SPC, SAP.
2.  Conducting effective training to quality team & operators as per the training plans on yearly basis.
3. Resolving NC issues through proper RCCA by using 8D & QC Tools.
4. Improvise on achieving monthly PPM targets set by the customer every year & work towards its sustainability.
5. Special process knowledge such as Plating /Powder coating.
6. 8 to 10+ yrs of experience
