Job Detail


  • Developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures for the company.
  • Overseeing the quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications.
  • Conducting audits of manufacturing and testing facilities to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Investigating and resolving product quality issues, including customer complaints, deviations, and out-of-specification test results.
  • Developing and maintaining quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), analytical methods, and product specifications.
  • Providing training to personnel on quality control policies, procedures, and testing methods.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Research and Development, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure that product development and manufacturing processes are in compliance with quality requirements.
  • Participating in regulatory inspections and addressing any findings or observations related to quality control.
