Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a young and ambitious team working to grow the company
  • Driving ownership of outcomes within the teams at all levels
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the various departments for the staff by establishing priorities, scheduling, and assigning work, adjusting schedules in order to achieve good business outcomes.
  • Reviews and creates standard operating procedures and advises on opportunities for improvement
  • Analyzes and tracks performance metrics to continuously improve the business
  • Drives client retention and implements practices to reduce churn rate/client turnover
  • Conducts client outreach to ensure a positive and superior client experience; resolves client complaints
  • Conducts interviews, makes hiring decisions, then on-boards and trains new operational employees
  • Manages employee performance and assists employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring, training, skill development, and administering performance reviews
  • Prepares monthly reports highlighting company operations KPIs and proposes opportunities for optimization with good presentation skills
  • Develops a client acquisition process and can assist in sales calls
