Job Description

  1. Building and strengthening relationships with Shipping Lines/Nvoccs/co-loaders & customers.
  2. Procure best rates from Shipping Lines/Nvoccs/co-loaders based on the requirement of Sales team.
  3. Perform pricing analysis/benchmarking and resolve concerns (e.g. better pricing / selection of carriers, co-loaders and strategic vendors).
  4. Generate timely MIS and plan through budgets.
  5. Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  6. Provide market intelligence to Regional Head, Sales Head and National Head from time to time.
  7. Support Tender Management regarding rate- and service-related information.
  • Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationship with respect to stake holders and provide highest level of customer satisfaction.
    Ensure timely response to customers (Internal/External)  requirements
  1. Responsible for International shipment documentation, operations, carrier routing information.
  2. Ensure creating Forwarding Job for Sea Export Shipments & billing to customers.
  3. Filing SI (shipping instruction) based on draft BL and submit to Shipping Lines.
  4. Ensure timely payment to Shipping lines and release of BL without paying any penalty.
  5. Submit BL with Original invoice to customers within specified time.
