Accounts Lead / Accounts Head

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The incumbent should be experienced with Multi-Vendor systems, Multi Location systems with an e-commerce platform on aspects of Income, Payments parameters and recon.
  • Experienced in implementation of Financial ERP Systems like SAP B1/NetSuite/etc. including monitoring of fund inflows and outflows
  • Development, Deployment, and Variance management of Income and Payments processes across multiple Business Units
  • Manage and Review P&L and Balance Sheet statements on an ongoing basis including monthly MIS & Expense Reporting
  • Statutory Compliance: Indirect Tax (GST), Direct Tax
  • Understanding of Financial Laws & Regulations and their applicability across states
  • Reconciliation of Accounts on regular basis across BUs
  • Ability to handle Internal/External Audits and Due Diligence Processes

Key Skills :

  • Educational Qualification C.A. Mandatory (please do not apply if you are not a C.A.)
  • 5+ Years of experience as Accounts Head/Lead, plus overall experience of 8+ years
  • Hands-on experience with Accounting Software’s and Finance ERP Systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Tableau
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of 10+ people
  • Ability to produce quality output under tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management

Cash Lead / Cash Head


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong internal policies and processes for cash collections at the Store level
  • Manage cash management operations including daily cash administration, management of cash collections, and bank CMS operations.
  • Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
  • Risk assessment, Control, and Mitigation for cash processes.

Key Skills:

  • Masters degree within Finance or MBA/equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferably from MFI Cash Collection Team and/or a Banking Cash Management Services.
  • Familiarity with cash management systems and strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management

Tax Lead / Tax Head

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling of GST compliance of the Company of Multi state under single PAN
  • Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
  • Manage and facilitate tax audits: preparing responses, creating schedules, etc.
  • Assist in the implementation of tax digitization and automation processes
  • Assist in implementing various tax strategies to ensure optimal savings and provide tax advice to management team on business development initiatives
  • Group tax reporting, including the oversight of tax postings and balances during the month-end process, half-year and year-end reporting and preparation of tax notes for statutory accounts for the Group
  • Manage tax and other government incentives
  • Prepare Monthly Corporate Income Tax [CIT] calculations
  • Work on improvement in Finance ERP / Accounting Systems to automate Tax Reporting.
  • Maximizing tax refund seeking for opportunities to reduce the cash-outflow for tax payments.
  • Prepare Document supporting evidence to substantiate all tax returns; And Maintain overview of all tax filings and current status; And maintain historical information related to Tax returns.
  • Prepare and maintain yearly tax memoranda as support for the audits.
  • Review the 3rd party invoices received in relation to tax compliances.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified CA or CPA
  • Minimum 5+ years proven corporate tax and transactional tax experience preferably in an e-commerce regional setup having a sound understanding of the current tax treatments
  • Creative problem solving skills and is process-driven
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced and high growth environment
