Job Description

• Tie-ups with IT Companies checkups for their employees – pre employment checkups.
• Follow up with the employees on a regular basis – as per age / their health conditions etc.
• Arrange / Co-ordinate with Doctors for consultations which comes as complimentary with the employment checkups
• Conducting programs for festival days for the corporates [ie] employees & families.
• Arranging seminars for employees for condition related to their work eg.Stress management / Depression / Weight management / infertility etc with the concerned speciality doctor.
• Wellness programs & customised tests packages for age groups of 25 to 35 focused on their life style eg.Fitness packages / Vitamin & Mineral tests / Wellness packages.
• Maintaining records for employees and families – availing family discounts & other offers / tracking their family health etc.
• Awareness about the ‘Refer & Earn’ packages that we offer to the clients.
• Understanding the other programs conducted by the IT Companies & corporates to decide on which programs our brand can be a sponsor.
• Achieving targets set by the marketing head on a month on month basis.

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills is a must.
• Presentation of brand and its core values to the clients
• Awareness of the environment & client base to which the brand is being marketed.
• Target set for the month must be achieved in regards to client acquisition and if not more than the set parameters.
• Qualification – UG/PG
• Experience -1-2 Years in marketing field.
• Own transport is preferred.
• Work timings differ according to the field but updates is a must to the marketing incharge on a daily basis.
