Job Title : Customer Support Executive

Reports To : Manager

Location : Coimbatore

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  1. Education: Any Degree
  2. Experience: 0-4 Yrs in Customer Service
  3. Work Performed:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attending queries, Providing customer support via E-mails & Calls.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
  • MS Office with excellent knowledge of word, excel & outlook
  • Willing to learn and work under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in freight forwarding / Domestic and international relocation industry will be an added advantage.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to get the work delivered appropriately
