Experience : 2 years, Experience in Air Freight

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide customers with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and resolution in order to ensure timely movement of inbound or outbound freight/cargo.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate’s role will be to work in a busy fast paced Customer Service Department and will be responsible for liaising with and actioning incoming calls, inquiries from both internal & external customers, suppliers and Agents regarding Freight shipments/bookings.
  • It will also involve managing Key Account customers, handling shipments from enquiry to execution, maintain relationships with Airlines, Shipping lines, hauliers, and other service providers to ensure that the CSE exceed the customers’ service requirements. Tracing & Tracking Freight, keeping customers updated at all times, acknowledgment of deliveries, collections and bookings, data Entry and all Freight Administration and ensuring accurate costings and revenues are applied to each shipment.
  • The ideal candidate would be someone who has gained experience of working in a Customer Service environment in UK Voice process very fluent in English able to understand British accent, willing to work UK shifts and timings experience in the Freight & Logistics industry would be definitely an advantage.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills and a professional approach to their work
