Purpose of the position/role:

 

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling
  • Understand the Products features, services, and value proposition clearly
  • Develop a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities at your assigned    accounts
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and assign to the sales team
  • Duties include driving specific sales programs, outbound calling, and prospecting to grow IT Business
  • Responsible for handling initial customer sales inquiries with the goal of selling new prospects and/or upgrading existing customers’ products and services
  • Will have enough knowledge to understand product features and the benefits to customers along with Industry vertical
  • Pitching services and generate sales lead
  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets
