Essential Qualification: The candidate should have at least Diploma in Survey Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least One year of working experience with Survey drawings in CAD Environment. Working Knowledge of ESI platforms or Open Source GIS will be an added advantage.

Instrument Knowledge Required:  ETS, DGPS and GPS

Software Knowledge Required: Auto CAD (2 D & 3 D)

Language Knowledge Required:  Reading, writing and speaking capacity of the candidate in Bengali, Hindi and English is highly solicited. Preference will be given to candidates with workable knowledge in Hilly Areas. Preference will be given to candidates from Arunachal Pradesh having speaking capacity of Adi and Galo language having proper technical background.

Place of Posting: Development Office at Prantik, Santiniketan, Birbhum, West Bengal with periodic field visits to Project sites at Lemmi, Tato and Basar, Arunachal Pradesh

Essential Qualification: Diploma in Survey Engineering/Civil with a minimum of 75% in  Diploma Level and Hands on Working Experience with Auto CAD/Civil Works for atleast 3 Years.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. The Candidate should have the ability to handle with a team more than Eight (08) Employees.
2. Knowledge of Auto CAD, integration of Survey Drawings in Auto CAD, Maya, Coral Draw, 3-D Sketches is mandatory.
3. The Candidate should be proficient in Communication in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Assamese will be an added advantage.
4. The Candidate should have at least successfully completed Five Projects in this regards and should have proven track record in this regards.
5. The Candidate should have proven efficiency of hands on expertise in integration of topographical data in Auto CAD and subsequent drawings.
6. The candidate if required will have to work on field and lead the team of surveyors in form of survey data collection with parlance to cadastral and topographical surveys.
7. The candidate should have working knowledge of DGPS Processing Software and data Processing.
8. The candidate should be able to meet the client and deal with the client regarding the projects.
9. The candidate should be able to provide technical presentations.
10. Working experience with NLRMP project will be an added advantage.

Monthly Gross Emoluments: a) 8,000.00 INR (Consolidated)

1. b)  EPF Facilities will be provided.
2. c) The Income is subjected to deduction of P.Tax and TDS.
3. d) T.A./D.A. will be provided on time of site visit and Client Meetings.
4. e) T.A. will include travel in Three Tier Sleeper.
5. f) Fooding and Accommodation will be provided to the candidate during his period of work with the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The candidate should be able to layer, and rectify the ground data from field.
2. The candidate should have a proper concept of scale and page layout.
3. The candidate should be able to conduct topographical survey drawings and cross sections
4. the candidate should be able to perform volume estimation and allied works.
5. the candidate should be able to conduct 3-D sketches, building drawings and associated activities
6. The candidate should be able to integrate field survey data and conduct necessary drawings in Auto CAD environment.
7. Working knowledge of GIS and NLRMP will be added advantage.
