Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Reach out to untapped potential enterprise customers through cold outreach and structured digital marketing efforts to understand and solve their challenges in hiring the right talent.

Lead Generation: You will get hands on experience in using modern tools like LinkedIn sales navigator to generate high potential leads.

Goal-Driven: Always meet the specified targets of market outreach and drive end-to-end sales.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills: Should be able to converse fluently in English

An Extrovert: The ability to virtually socialize and strike a conversation is of utmost importance

A Hustler: Self-driven, perseverance and a go-getter

Experience:  Freshers

Strong academic background: Something that we are NOT particular about!

Incentives: Sales commission on every closed deal
