Job Description

  • Handling Indiamart Portal- Managing leads, calls, emails for the enquiries received.
  • Developing new leads, converting leads into deals and further deals into orders.
  • Creating and maintaining customer database
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and follow up calls on the leads qualified to close the order
  • Understanding customer needs and explaining product features and benefits
  • Co-ordinating with backend team for status of orders received and informing the same to customers.
  • Preparing monthly reports of performance in the prescribed format
  • Closing sales and achieving targets
