KEY ROLES
I. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1) Existing & New Client / Customer interaction and business generation
2) Managing Existing clients with regular follow up through phone / email
3) Exploring & developing new clients
4) Fixing appointments for External Sales for Field / Site Visit of External Sales Team for Business Development Activities
5) Exploring unidentified markets and customers and generating cold call basis enquiries / leads & passing leads to
External Sales team
6) Quotation / Offer Follow up
7) Negotiation & Closing Deals / Purchase Orders
8) Customer Database creation & maintaining
9) Should be responsible for achieving the given targets & goals
II. PRE & POST SALES ACTIVITIES
10) Preparation of quotation upon enquiry / lead using our software
11) Discussing on technical / commercial aspects with customers / clients
12) Offer follow up, negotiation & order finalisation
13) Upon receipt of order providing order acknowledgement to customers / clients
14) Follow up on the production schedule and meet the customer / client delivery schedule
15) Preparation of all Pre & Post Sales Documents
16) Prepare & Share weekly reports for sales & business development
17) Manage , Track & Report Customer Compliant / Service Cases
18) Co-Ordination with External Sales / Service Team for all Pre & Post Sales Activities
REQUIREMENTS & SKILL SETS
 B.E / B.Tech in E.E.E, E&I, I.C.E, E.C.E Preferred (Female Candidates Preferred)
 (Freshers Preferred), 0 to 3 yrs of Experience in relevant field
 Must have a good communication skill in English (Spoken & Written). Additional languages if known are preferred.
 Must be a goal oriented person with a positive mindset to take up any given challenge.
 Candidates with strong interpersonal skills & creative thoughts are preferred.
