Job description – HR Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow
up till the candidate joins
Ø Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through inhouse database, using various job portals, referrals
Ø Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills
assessment to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and competencies and assess candidates’ ability to fit the
work environment.
Ø Building New Network, maintaining client relationships, preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus –
Must have at least 3 years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process.
Ø Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Ø Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good interpersonal skills along with Excellent English communication skill
A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
MBA Qualification specialising in HR
