Job Requirements
- Roles & Responsibilities
• Search the online tenders on tender portal and customers website to download
• specific tenders
• Download the Technical / Commercial query and send the reply to them in time.
• Make the tender bids, gathered all required documents. Check the courier
• service for hard copy tender. Send the documents in time. Follow up to
• customer’s documents reached or not. Track the online docket no.
• Uploading/Submitting the Document (General/Technical/Commercial) in the
• ONLINE/OFFLINE Platform.
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the
• organization’s requirements.
• Must have the ability to manage, bid-tender, and follow-up on tender activity.
• Develop & coordinate to meet qualification criteria on case to case basis.
