Job Description
We are looking for an MBA/Graduate with a Fresher or minimum of 1 year of experience
in HR Operations/ Recruiter.
Job Requirements
Any Graduate, Diploma/Post Graduate in HR would be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Shall be resident of a Western railway line
The work-life of the Generalist will be:
You’ll be handling operations such as employees onboarding to exit
process, database & document management, MIS report, training &
development, handling increment cycle, coordination between
inter-department
● You’ll be handling employee engagement by executing on organization
level, also intervention for the location
● You’ll be responsible for the overview payroll cycle – Leave & Attendance
report management
● You’ll overview the Statutory compliance
● You’ll be responsible for policy creating or customizing, letter
designing, HR handbook, Pay structure
● You’ll get an opportunity to explore professional ideas, Challenges,
converting the office environment more professional
● Handle Employee engagement and employee grievances
