Please find the below Job Description :
- The Customer Service Associate (CSA) would make calls to the targeted customers and provide necessary information.
- The CSEs would give clarity on any queries raised by the customer on the call.
- The CSE would try to meet the objective on the call for e.g. Induction, Engagement, collection, sale, appointment, retention, etc.
- The CSE would tag all details of the call in the application provided and dispose the call based on the customer feedback.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate should be minimum 12th/ Diploma/ Graduates ( Arrears can also apply)
- Candidate should have good spoken English with any Regional language (Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil)
- 6 working days (Monday to Saturday).
- Shifts: 9 30am – 6 30pm or 10am – 7pm( Day Shift }
