Job Description
Remote Support to all client side pcs finding issues & fixes it through remotely.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure problem resolution and call closure.
Diagnose and rectify Operating System and Hardware related problems.
Installation & troubleshooting of Printers, Scanners and other peripheral devices.
Installation & troubleshooting of Operating Systems(Microsoft Windows XP,Win 7) Troubleshooting network connectivity related problem. Installation and Configuration of Desktops.
Troubleshooting Desktop Related hardware and Software Issues. Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Antivirus.
Configuration of Outlook and Outlook Express &Basic Troubleshooting.
