Roles and Responsibility

  • Identify the Potential areas both for Restaurants & Job seekers and strategies for on-boarding them.
    ·Regular Interviews follow ups with applicants and employers to schedule
    ·        Coordinate with applicant and managers in fulfilling the requirements
    ·        Customer calling and payment follow ups.
    ·        Taking care of operational work with reference to customer queries
    ·        Understanding of Apps to new registered applicants
    ·        Convincing the applicants to apply and attend interviews
    ·        Any Data entry work related to research, PPT and Excel work
    ·        Responsible for documenting sales plan, execution, strategies & targeted list of restaurants
    ·        Identify Hotel management Institutes and Culinary and strategies for on boarding them.
    ·        Mass registration Process for both Job Seekers/ Employers
    ·        Assist in partner marketing activities such as job fairs, campaigns and other promotional activities.
    ·        Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    ·        Responsible for sustaining and growing the business from key existing clients
    ·        Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to channelize effective sales.
    ·        Should be responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
